Brooke Davids

Prior to joining TGH Litigation, Brooke worked in the Kansas City, Missouri area with Graham Law Group P.C. and as an Assistant County Counselor for Clay County, Missouri. At Graham Law Group, Brooke’s practice focused primarily on employment litigation and probate litigation. Brooke has represented plaintiffs through employment litigation for her entire career. As an Assistant County Counselor, Brooke represented the Clay County Public Administrator through various probate litigation matters and represented Clay County for civil detention trials. Brooke has trial experience in both employment and probate litigation. Her probate litigation practice focuses on helping Georgia families through the guardianship and conservatorship process and the probate process after a loved one has died. 

Brooke has been involved in various bar activities including serving on the Board for the Kansas City Chapter of the Association of Women Lawyers. Brooke has been selected as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers for employment litigation from 2015-2022.

Brooke is also involved in various community organizations including Junior League and the Wichita State University Alumni Association. She and her husband, Justin, have one child and enjoy traveling.
